Who We Are
At the heart of our work is a vision to redefine what healing looks and feels like. We strive to create an inclusive, trauma-informed space where individuals feel seen, safe, and supported as they navigate the complexities of their emotional world. Our goal is to empower people to move from surviving to thriving by not only healing the wounds of the past but by understanding the emotional patterns and protective responses that shaped them.
Through compassionate care, intentional education, and deep emotional work, we guide individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom, restore their sense of self, and cultivate lives rooted in authenticity, self-love, and grace. We believe that growth doesn’t come from pushing pain away but from learning to sit with it, learn from it, and rise through it with tenderness, courage, and community.
We envision a world where emotional wellness is accessible, trauma healing is normalized, and people are equipped to grow from pain into power with much love, grace, and compassion.
Meet Marshae Anderson, MA, LPC, CCTP
Clinical Therapist, Owner
Hi! I’m Marshae, a trauma therapist, healing companion, and mental health advocate.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Michigan, with over 10 years of experience in trauma-informed care. My clinical work focuses on depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma recovery, and emotional regulation. I use a range of evidence-based approaches including CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, and TF-CBT.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and bring extensive experience across outpatient care, crisis intervention, case management, residential treatment, and clinical supervision.
My Background
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Saginaw Valley State University, and my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Spring Arbor University. Over the years, I’ve worked in various settings; from community mental health and inpatient facilities to residential programs and private practice.
I’ve received formal training in EMDR, IFS, and TF-CBT and hold certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional.
My Values
My passion for trauma work is deeply personal. I know what it’s like to carry invisible pain and that’s why I’m so committed to creating a space where others can feel seen, safe, and supported.
To me, therapy should feel like exhaling! Like taking off the mask and realizing you don’t have to carry everything alone. I want my clients to show up fully as themselves and embrace every part of who they are. Whether you’re just starting your healing or navigating a new chapter, I’m here to walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.
