My heart is to journey with you in support and encouragement while offering a compassionate presence. I support individuals as they work through and manage various behavioral health and emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship difficulties in a safe and caring space.   Practical tools for coping and opportunities for personal growth are offered to support you through each step of your healing journey.  

A client-centered therapy approach is used to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel understood and valued. Evidence-based strategies are tailored to meet client’s needs while providing guidance and practical tools for growth and well-being.  Clients are encouraged to discover their strengths, build resilience, and gain clarity on steps to improve their well-being.
