I support individuals as they work through and manage various behavioral health and emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship difficulties in a safe and caring space. Practical tools for coping and opportunities for personal growth are offered to support you through each step of your healing journey.
