telehealth sessions.
3.4 Telehealth services are provided in compliance with state licensing laws; you must be
physically located in a state where your clinician is licensed at the time of your session.
4. Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance
4.1 Dear Mind Counseling adheres to all applicable federal and state privacy laws, including

4.2 Any information you share during therapy sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed

5. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

5.3 Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject
