What You’ll Do

 

As a Contractual Clinical Therapist at Dear Mind Counseling, you will:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, EMDR, TF-CBT, etc.)

• Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant documentation in our EHR system

• Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure continuity of care

• Participate in supervision (required for LLMSW and LLPC clinicians) and peer consultation

• Provide in-person, telehealth, or hybrid services

• Support clients through crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary

 

We are especially interested in clinicians with experience in:

• Trauma and attachment-based work

• Anxiety and depression

• Grief and loss

• Relationship concerns

• Life transitions

• Adolescent or family systems work

 

Who You Are

You are:

 

• Licensed in Michigan as an LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, or LMFT

• Supervision-eligible if limited license (LLMSW or LLPC)

• Committed to ethical practice (NASW, ACA, or AAMFT standards)

• Comfortable with telehealth and electronic documentation

• Grounded in strong clinical judgment and crisis management skills

• Passionate about serving diverse populations with cultural responsiveness

Support available for limited license clinicians. Opportunities for fully licensed clinicians to provide supervision.
